  • We use Mailchimp (an email service provider) to send communications. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

Information on TriniTravels — including carnival dates, event details, travel tips and destination content — is provided for general information and inspiration only. Carnival and travel information can change at short notice.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability of any event, band, ticket, flight or accommodation. Always verify details directly with official sources before making travel decisions or bookings.

TriniTravels does not provide professional travel, legal, financial or safety advice. All decisions are made at your own risk.

10. Bookings and digital purchases

When you book a TriniTravels experience or purchase a digital guide, we collect the information necessary to fulfil your order. This may include name, email, billing details, and (for hosted trips) travel-related information such as passport name, emergency contacts and dietary requirements.

This data is used solely to coordinate your experience and is shared only with the suppliers necessary to deliver it.

11. Data retention

  • Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe
  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 2 years for reference
  • Booking records: retained for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements
  • Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics / Meta default settings (up to 14 months for GA4)

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

12. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:
