Accommodation
For the week you’ll be staying at Queen’s Comfort Inn, Port of Spain.
The location is ideal for carnival week, very close to the main carnival areas, fetes and events while still giving you a comfortable base to return to after long days on the road.
Two accommodation options are available when booking:

What is the TriniTravels Hosted Experience?
The TriniTravels Hosted Experience is a curated group travel experience designed to make attending Trinidad Carnival easier. TriniTravels coordinates key elements of the trip including accommodation arrangements, ground transport, carnival costume sourcing and selected events, while guests arrange their own flights. This allows travellers to experience Carnival with guidance, coordination and a small community throughout the trip.
When does the trip take place?
The experience runs from Wednesday 3rd February 2027 to Wednesday 10th February 2027. This includes 7 days and 6 nights in Port of Spain, Trinidad during Carnival week.
Where will we be staying?
Accommodation for the trip is at Queen’s Comfort Inn in Port of Spain, Trinidad, which is conveniently located for Carnival activities and events.
What are the booking options?
There are two booking options available:

Are flights included?
No. International flights are not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights to Piarco International Airport (POS) in Trinidad between dates 3rd - 10th February 2027.
Is a carnival costume included?
Yes. The experience includes a midline carnival costume package for both female and male participants.
Costumes are sourced through established Trinidad mas bands such as:

Spirit Mas
Final band selection and costume sections are subject to availability when mas bands release their costumes.
Can I upgrade my costume?
Frontline costume upgrades may be available depending on availability once mas bands release their costume sections. These upgrades may be offered as optional add-ons.
Are fetes included?
The experience includes access to selected Carnival fetes. Final event selections will be confirmed closer to Carnival once official event schedules are announced. Event details are subject to promoter schedules and availability.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can secure your place with a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance payable in instalments before the trip.
Payment deadlines will be shared at the time of booking.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable as they are used to secure accommodation and supplier commitments for the experience.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is required for all guests.

How will trip updates be shared?
Guests will be invited to join a TriniTravels WhatsApp group which will be used to share trip updates, coordination details and important information before and during the trip. Participation in the WhatsApp group is optional.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes. Carnival schedules, events and supplier arrangements may change. TriniTravels reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary where necessary to ensure the overall experience runs smoothly.
Who operates the accommodation and events?
Accommodation providers, carnival mas bands, transport companies and event promoters operate as independent third-party suppliers. TriniTravels coordinates the hosted experience but does not operate these services directly.
