TriniTravels (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website trinitravels.co.uk (the “Site”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in a transparent, secure way.

By using this Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

​This policy applies to bookings made through www.trinitravels.co.uk for any TriniTravels hosted travel experiences.

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued. Spaces for TriniTravels experiences are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a hosted experience. Deposits are used to secure accommodation, transport arrangements and supplier commitments. For this reason, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

3. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule provided during checkout. Failure to complete instalments by the required dates may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of payments already made.

4. Pricing

Prices listed on the website may be displayed in multiple currencies for convenience. All payments are processed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Currency conversion rates are estimates and may vary depending on exchange rates or bank charges.

5. Cancellations by Guests

If a guest cancels their booking after paying a deposit or additional instalments, refunds may not be possible due to supplier commitments already secured.

Guests may request to transfer their booking to another person subject to approval and any applicable administrative fees.

6. Changes to Experiences

TriniTravels reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries, accommodation providers or event selections where necessary. If a scheduled event becomes unavailable, TriniTravels will attempt to arrange a suitable alternative.

7. Supplier Commitments

Accommodation providers, carnival mas bands, transport companies and event organisers operate as independent third-party suppliers. Once bookings with these suppliers are confirmed, funds may become non-recoverable.

8. Travel Insurance

Guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance should cover:

  • trip cancellation

  • medical expenses

  • personal belongings

  • travel delays

TriniTravels is not responsible for losses where adequate insurance has not been obtained.

9. Trip Cancellation by TriniTravels

In rare circumstances where TriniTravels must cancel a hosted experience before supplier commitments are secured, guests will receive a refund of payments made to TriniTravels. Where supplier bookings have already been secured, refunds may depend on supplier policies.
