These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out how you may use this Site and purchase any digital products or services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing a digital product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Site or purchase from us.

We do not act as:

A travel agent

A booking platform or ticket seller
Any travel, accommodation, event or carnival booking you make is directly with the third-party provider, not with us.
3. Using our website
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site and make purchases.
3.2 Personal use only
You agree to use this Site for personal and non-commercial purposes only, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
3.3 Prohibited uses

5. Digital products & paid content
This section applies to all digital products sold or distributed through www.trinitravels.co.uk, including downloads, templates, guides and other digital files.
5.1 Ordering & payment

Prices for digital products are shown on the Site and may be updated from time to time.

Payment is taken at the point of purchase via our chosen third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe or PayPal – as applicable).

You must ensure that your payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Your order is accepted — and a contract formed — when:

Your payment is successfully processed, and

We provide access to the digital product (for example, via download link, email or account area).
5.2 Delivery of digital products
Digital products are normally delivered instantly or within a short time after purchase by:

Download link on the checkout/thank-you page; and/or

Email sent to the address you provided; and/or
-
Access through a member or account area (if applicable).
Please check your spam/junk folder and ensure you entered the correct email address.

6. No refunds for digital products
6.1 All digital product sales are final
All sales of digital products are final. Once your order is confirmed and the digital product has been made available to you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations, except where required by law.
This includes (but is not limited to) situations where you:

Change your mind

Decide the product is no longer needed

Fail to download or use the product
-
Misunderstood the type of product being purchased, where the description was reasonably clear
6.2 UK & EU “cooling-off” period for digital content
Under UK and EU consumer law, consumers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period for many online purchases. However, for digital downloads, this right can end once you have been given access to the digital content and you have expressly agreed to that.
By purchasing a digital product from TriniTravels:

You request that we start supplying the digital content immediately, and
-
You acknowledge that once access to the digital product has been provided (for example, by download link or email), you lose your right to cancel, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
6.3 Faulty or misdescribed digital products – your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations.
If a digital product is:

Faulty,

Not as described, or

Otherwise does not meet the standards required by law, please email us at trinitravels101@gmail.com within a reasonable time (ideally within 30 days of purchase), with:

Your order number

Details and, if possible, screenshots or evidence of the issue
Where required by law, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and the remedies available under consumer law.
7. Licence to use digital products
When you purchase a digital product, you are buying a licence to use that product, not the copyright in it.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, you may:

Use the product for your personal use

Download and store it on your devices for your own reference
You may not:

Resell, share, gift or redistribute the product files to others

Upload the files to shared drives, marketplaces or “freebie” sites

Claim the content as your own or remove our branding

Use the products to create your own competing digital products or services without our written permission

8. Travel information & disclaimers
8.1 General information only
All travel and carnival information on this Site (including guides, calendars, timing, safety notes and tips) is provided for general information and inspiration only. It:

Is subject to change at any time (e.g. event dates, routes, prices, entry rules, health and safety advice)

Should not be relied upon as your sole source of travel planning
You are responsible for double-checking all details with official or direct sources (such as event organisers, mas bands, airlines, accommodation providers, government travel advisories and local authorities) before you make any booking or travel decision.
8.2 No guarantee of availability or safety
We cannot guarantee:

That any carnival, event or activity will go ahead as planned

The availability or quality of any third-party services

Your personal safety or security at any event or destination
You are responsible for your own travel choices, including:

Where we mention or link to third-party providers (such as mas bands, promoters, event organisers, accommodation providers or tour companies), we do so for information only.

Any disputes or issues with third-party providers must be handled directly with them.
9. User content (if you submit stories, reviews or comments)
If the Site allows you to submit or share content (for example, carnival stories, comments, testimonials or photos), you agree that:

You have the right to share it and it does not infringe any third-party rights

Your content is not defamatory, hateful, offensive, illegal or misleading
By submitting content, you grant TriniTravels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, adapt and share that content on the Site and our social channels for promotional and community purposes. If you ever want us to remove specific content that you submitted, you can email us at trinitravels101@gmail.com and we’ll consider your request.
We may remove or edit any content at our discretion.
